Refund Policy
1. No Refunds
Every SPYLL purchase is final and cannot be refunded, including after you have read the report or changed your mind.
SPYLL sells digital reports that are calculated from your birth data and open in your browser as soon as the payment is verified, so a purchase cannot be returned once it is delivered.
Before paying, you can read the first chapters of your report and use every free calculator on this site to judge whether the report is for you.
2. Digital Delivery
Payments are verified by our payment partners: Sumopod for QRIS payments in rupiah, and Dodo Payments for card and PayPal payments.
Once the payment is verified, the paid chapters open in your browser and stay saved to your account. You can sign in again at any time with the same email to read them.
3. Payment or Access Problems
If your payment went through but the report has not opened, or you were charged more than once for the same order, email [email protected] and we will check the transaction and fix your access.
Please include:
a. The email address of your SPYLL account.
b. Your Order ID or payment receipt.
c. A short description of the problem.
4. No Subscription
SPYLL purchases are one-time payments with no recurring fees or automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
To delete your account or birth data, email [email protected] at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
